As planners, designers, and all-around creative types, we pour our hearts into all of our projects, regardless of size, making sure that each one is unique and special in its own way. Inevitably, some of our favorites never have the chance to materialize any further than what we have on paper and on our screens before us. Whether the project is no longer viable due to industry regulation changes, economic decline, or various other circumstances, they just sometimes don’t get built. That doesn’t make them any less amazing, so we’ve included a few of our favorites to share with you.
