Stacie leads the day-to-day and overall business, marketing, and HR efforts, providing an unwavering impact on BDR Design.

She plays a key role in the development of the company with strategic contributions to business development, corporate identity, mission, and vision.

Through her diverse background, she sees strength and potential in each individual.  Her creative ability to find solutions is a testament to her unshakable will, as she continues to provide the necessary fuel to keep the BDR Design train moving in a positive direction.

Stacie received a B.S. in Business Administration from Thomas More College. She has over 20 years of management experience in professional services, with a background in marketing and human resources.  She has served in a variety of roles, from directing the marketing and HR departments for mid-size firms, to performing as publication manager, production coordinator, and graphic designer.
